Privacy

This website does not set cookies, does not run advertising scripts, and does not ask you for personal information. There is no contact form, no account, and no payment processing on this site. The only thing measured is how many people open which pages, described under Analytics below.

What is loaded

The page itself — fonts, images, styles and the video — is served entirely from this domain. The one exception is the analytics script described below, which is loaded from a server run by the web studio that builds this site, and that server therefore sees the request. Nothing else is fetched from anywhere else: this site sends a Content-Security-Policy that permits scripts only from this domain and from that one analytics server, and browsers block anything outside it.

Analytics

This site uses Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that the web studio runs on its own server rather than on a shared advertising network. It counts page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies, stores no identifier that follows you between visits or between websites, and does not collect your name, your email or any other personal information. Nothing it records is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.

This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare Web Analytics, a measurement service from Cloudflare, may add its own cookieless beacon to pages as they are delivered; that beacon records page load timing and page views, sets no cookies and collects no personal information. This site’s security policy blocks that beacon, so your browser does not run it.

Calling and directions

Phone links open your own phone app, and the directions link opens Google Maps. Those services have their own privacy policies and are not controlled by this restaurant.
